Sarah champions staff development and is able to expertly tailor a school's curriculum to the needs of the community.

Sarah is a dedicated headteacher with a BA in Education, NPQH, and NPQSL qualifications. She has been with Engage Enrich Excel Academies since its inception and has over 10 years of experience as a senior leader in schools. Sarah has successfully grown The Cambridge School from 24 to 420 students and has worked across numerous schools focusing on curriculum development. Her passion lies in building an inclusive, purpose-driven school community and championing staff development.

Sarah was a Specialist Leader of Education (SLE) for Science and has undertaken a range of coaching courses and qualifications. Her expertise and dedication to professional growth have greatly benefited her colleagues and students alike.

Sarah is a keen sportsperson, an avid runner, and enjoys spending time with her two children. Her leadership style is determined, creative, and inclusive.
