Karyn believes in providing a well-rounded education that extends beyond just academic achievements.

Karyn is a Headteacher with over 30 years experience with significant leadership roles in four schools. She has also worked across the West Midlands as part of a national educational agency committed to finding, developing and disseminating good practice in literacy, language and numeracy. Karyn represents Surrey heads at the Surrey Primary Phase Council, enabling her to be a voice for the wider educational family in Surrey. She has completed the NPQH and is currently undertaking the NPQEL.

Karyn has led 2 schools as a Headteacher and is committed to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for all children in our Trust. She believes in providing a well-rounded education that extends beyond just academic achievements. Karyn recognises, with passion, the significance of nurturing the personal level of each child that empowers them to thrive - not only in their studies but also in their social interactions, emotional well-being, and personal beliefs to ensure they have a deep sense of belonging in our school family.

Karyn joined our Academy partnership in 2018 to ensure that respectful collaboration facilitates every child's success so that together, we can create an exceptional educational experience for all our children and unlock their future.
