Nicky strives to drive high standards and achieve positive outcomes in education.

Nicky is an experienced school leader with over 23 years of senior leadership experience across various educational settings. She began her teaching career in the North West, taught in a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Australia, and worked in various schools in South London. She has completed the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) and holds a Master's degree in Education with a focus on psychology. Additionally, she has trained as an Executive Leader with the Ambition Institute.

Throughout her career, Nicky has served as a Headteacher in two schools, successfully leading them through Ofsted inspections. She is committed to fostering a sense of belonging and success among both children and staff. Ambitious and dedicated, Nicky strives to drive high standards and achieve positive outcomes in education, ensuring that all children succeed.

Outside of her professional role, Nicky enjoys musical theatre, is a mother of twin boys, and takes pleasure in running through the Surrey countryside.
